Next is the Misc tab, at the top you have the "Sky Condition" section which can be changed at any time during a Run 8 session. And at some point in the future we will have real time weather, however it is questionable as to whether we will get that done for the first release but it is definitely doable and it is definitely something we want to do for Run8.

Then we have "Wind Settings", and yes, in Run8 Train Simulator the wind will have an affect on your train!

Below the Wind Settings is something called the "Post-Process" which lets you change how light bloom looks in Run 8. You can create some interesting effects by adjusting these settings.

"Msg Color", this let's you choose the color of your text in messages while in a Multi-Player session.

"Terrain UV Repeat" and "Detail UV Repeat" this can be disregarded as it will not be in the final release.

The three bottom radio buttons let you choose what track types you want. This is still a work in process and will probably change before release time but for now they do the following; The "Yard" gives you a track that has allot of dirt and gravel around it. "Mainline 1" provides track with wooden ties which can used for sessions that are set in the 70s or 80s (or earlier). "Mainline 2" gives you track with concrete ties for that modern look. It is worth noting that the look of the track system in Run 8 is still being developed and what you see in the screenshots are works in process and have yet to be finalised.
